Dissecting cellulitis of the scalp (DCS): Has many treatments and I will go through them all. Even the ones they call "treatments" but don't treat anything. Antibiotics, isotretinoin or better known as accutane, intralesional corticosteroids, dapsone, laser therapy, uv therapy. Blue light therapy, and finally the good stuff, ANY TNF blocker. The main one being: adalimumab or humira there are also Enbrel (etanercept), Remicade (Infliximab), and Simponi (golimumab). And those are just the drugs there is also partial or complete hair removal which...WORKS!!! But it comes with a price which I will get to shortly
